I think Eric showed me 20 places, a couple of them twice! He was professional, attentive and negotiated VERY effectively to reduce my closing costs. When I received my closing statement from the title company, it was only then that I realized how hard he negotiated on my behalf. I was skeptical of the 'new' realtor commission structure, but in the end, Eric looked after me fairly. It is a crowded industry, but I am pleased we chose Eric.

Eric was is the best realtor I ever used, he always answers your phone calls and your questions right away. He sold our house really fast even when there were five or six house's on are block for sale. I would highly recommend their company to anyone selling a home.
